Plus Clinical

We are an NDIS registered team that services the Greater Sydney and Newcastle regions, specialising in children and adults with complex behaviours.

We currently have capacity to take on new clients in our behaviour support services – with no wait times!

Our qualified and experienced practitioners use a trauma-informed approach to support you in your home, school, or wherever you feel most comfortable. We also offer telehealth if you live remotely or prefer this option.

You can access our services on an individualised, hourly basis whether or not you are a Plus or Fighting Chance participant.

For those who attend a Fighting Chance program, you can access these services in the same place as your day program – as part of your routine, in a more integrated, seamless way. We believe that this integrated model achieves the best outcomes for our people.

Positive Behaviour Support

Person-centred and evidence-based, our positive behaviour support service aims to help you realise your potential and participate fully in society. Our practitioners will get to know you as an individual first and foremost and work to understand the reason for the behaviours, rather than solely focusing on the behaviours themselves.

We work as a team, collaborating with your support network and allied health teams to develop tailored strategies to improve your quality of life and minimise behaviours of concern. Our practitioners all have the hands-on experience to write a practical plan that is realistic for your support network to interpret and implement.

Our skilled practitioners work with you to develop:

  • Behaviour support plans
  • Behaviour assessment reports
  • Crisis response plans
  • Plan implementation and training
  • NDIS review supporting letters

“I appreciate your emotional and professional intelligence, putting [my son] first and looking at how we can get the best out of him and this behaviour plan.

[You show] real integrity in what you do and a passion
for your clients and making their lives better. I greatly admire that. THANK YOU”
